Located next to the beach in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, it´s a private paradise of tranquil tropical gardens of native vegetation. A sustainable space where we use geothermal and solar energy (2023) as an energy source. Caring for the environment and respecting our island is at the core of our values. The rooms have private terraces overlooking the gardens or the sea. They have been designed for your comfort and relaxation, taking care of all the details you may need. The gardens are settled as pleasant corners where you can rest, recover, take care of your body or enjoy your favorite drink. We have a swimming pool with hydrotherapy sets and an outdoor jacuzzi. Our gym and treatment area 'Wellness Box' next to it´s outdoor area to practice Yoga are ideal places to take care of your body and mind. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
