O aparthotel situa-se numa área calma e está separado da praia apenas por uma rua marginal. Nas imediações encontrará o centro de Can Picafort (500 metros) com inúmeros estabelecimentos comerciais e discotecas. O aeroporto de Palma fica a 65 km de distância (cerca de 40 minutos por meio de transportes públicos). O hotel, construído no ano de 1988 e renovado em 2008, compreende um total de 20 apartamentos distribuídos por 3 andares. Conta com um guichet para câmbio monetário, um bar e um mini-mercado. Os funcionais quartos incluem casa-de-banho. Todos eles dispõem de televisão via satélite/cabo, frigorífico, cofre e terraço. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
