Having an amazing location, this beautiful hotel is situated in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. The spectacular volcanic beach of Playa Jardín with its black sand is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. In the surroundings, guests may find many restaurants, cafes and bars, which are perfect to spend a lovely evening having a delicious local meal or some drinks with friends. In the property, visitors can rest and relax by the side of the outdoor swimming pool or have a refreshing swim in it. The gym is a great place where to feel energised and active. The restaurants will receive them with open arms and offer them meals that will please all types of tastes. As well as the whole complex, the rooms have been perfectly decorated to create a cosy atmosphere with a combination of bright and warm tones. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
