El complejo se encuentra en L'Estartit, a 2 horas al norte de Barcelona. El municipio está situado en el Baix Empordà.Originalmente Estartit era un pueblo de pescadores transformado hoy en una moderna población turística, pero sin perder sus antiguas tradiciones.Lugar ideal para las familias y tiene algo que ofrecer a todos los huéspedes. Las casas están situadas en la urbanización Torre Gran, a 3 km del pueblo y de la playa, una zona muy tranquila, perfecta para familias. A unos 3 km hay restaurantes, bares y discotecas y el aeropuerto más cercano está a 57 km.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
