This is a quite area, but still just a 5 minute walk from the lively city centre and old town. A good selection of bars, cafés and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. There is a stop for the public transport located just 100 m away. The complex was built at the end of the nineties and is in excellent condition. The modern construction allows that all rooms have a view of Playa de Poniente and the Bahia de Benidorm. Comprising a total of 160 apartments spread over 26 floors, this complex includes a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lift access and a currency exchange counter.
