The hotel is situated close to Benidorm town centre. property is 700 m from the fine sandy beach of Levante, and within just 150 m guests will find a range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. This modern apartment block, with a quiet and intimate atmosphere, comprises a total of 27 one bedroom apartments for up to 4 persons. Each apartment comes complete with a private terrace. The block is fully air-conditioned and the shared facilities include 2 lifts, a 24-hour reception desk and a small café/snack bar. Outdoor areas include a sun terrace, where guests can relax or soak up the sun. Each comes with a double bedroom with two beds and two single sofa beds in the living. They are also equipped with a bathroom, a TV and a fully - equipped kitchen with 2 electric hobs. The complex offers guests use of a swimming pool with a children's section.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
