Description

The Bom Sucesso Resort enjoys an excellent location near the beautifully preserved medieval town of Óbidos and very close to the white sandy banks of the country's largest lagoon. The beach is approximately 6 km from the resort and about 85 km from the Lisbon International Airport. Built in 2008, with contemporary architecture as the cornerstone of its concept. A group of highly qualified architects, both Portuguese and foreign, developed an innovative concept: contemporary architecture blended into the landscape. The resort offers design townhouses with 1, 2 or 3 comfortable bedrooms, a cosy living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing terrace overlooking the plots gardens. Each accommodation unit is en suite and equipped a shower/bathtub, hairdryer, double bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, free wireless Internet access. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
