Countless shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. Built in 1969, the hotel was completely renovated in 2001. The hotel is composed of a main building with 9 floors and an annexe block with 2 floors and offers a total of over 107 rooms, of which 18 are doubles and 89 are apartments. Guests are offered a large, peaceful garden and pool area with a sun terrace, a stylish lobby with lifts, and a reception that is open to guests around the clock. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
