The apartments are located in a small bungalow complex, which lies off one of Puerto del Carmen's main roads. A shopping centre lies within 80 m of the hotel, where there are plenty of shopping and entertainment venues to choose from. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away and the airport is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The bungalow complex comprises a total of 19 apartments, 2 of which are suitable for disabled people. Facilities include a lobby and a currency exchange desk. The well-situated apartments offer a high level of comfort and homely furnishings. Each apartment comes with a combined bedroom/ lounge area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a terrace or a small garden, a TV and a hire safe. All the apartments include a kitchenette with a fridge so guests are able to cater for themselves. In the grounds, guests will find 2 pools and a separate children's pool.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
