Shopping and dining venues as well as the public transport network are easily accessible. The hotel is situated about 55 km to the city of Las Palmas. Renovated in 2005, this complex comprises a total of 41 bungalows as well as a garden and a terrace. Guests are offered a 24-hour reception with a hotel safe and a cloakroom. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
