The apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of the town, approximately 2 km from the nearest beach. Shopping venues, restaurants, bars and pubs, as well as links to the public transport network, may all be found a mere 100 metres from the complex. This complex was built in 1992, renovated in 2004 and consists of 124 rooms of which 86 are 2-storey apartments. Amongst the hotel's facilities is a lobby area with 24-hour reception and a safe for guests' valuables. In addition, the apartment complex offers guests use of a public Internet terminal and a bicycle storage facility. The functional 2-storey apartments come with a bathroom, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a double bed, a safe and a lounge area. The hotel also offers a freshwater swimming pool, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers, parasols and a massage service. Furthermore, it is possible to play tennis (approximately 100 m away), billiards, snooker and golf (about 500 m away).

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
