O complexo de bungalows situa-se no centro da Playa del Inglés na Gran Canaria. A praia fica a cerca de 1 km de distância do hotel. Em frente aos bungalows encontra-se o grande centro comercial Yumbo. Aqui poderá encontrar diversos estabelecimentos comerciais e outro tipo de comércio como farmácias e supermercados, bem como restaurantes, bares e clubes. Existe igualmente uma paragem de autocarros. O aeroporto localiza-se a cerca de 30 km de distância. O complexo renovado em 2006 dispõe de instalações para deficientes motores e aluguer de bicicleta. Os bungalows climatizados com terraço dispõem de sala de estar separada, casa de banho com duche, secador de cabelo, cofre e kitchenete com frigorífico, microondas, torradeira e máquina de café (em parte mediante pedido e pagamento de taxa extra). Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
