Der Bungalowkomplex liegt im Zentrum von Playa del Inglés auf Gran Canaria. Der Strand befindet sich in ca. 1 km Entfernung. Gegenüber der Bungalows liegt das große Einkaufszentrum Yumbo. Hier befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Geschäfte wie Apotheken und Supermärkte, außerdem Restaurants, Bars und Clubs. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist vorhanden. In ca. 30 km Entfernung liegt der Flughafen.Der 2006 renovierte Komplex verfügt über behindertengerechte Einrichtungen und einen Fahrradverleih (Gebühr).Die klimatisierten Bungalows mit Terrasse haben einen separaten Wohnraum, Bad/Dusche, Haartrockner, TV, Safe und Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine (teilweise auf Anfrage und gegen Gebühr).Je ein Pool für Kinder und Erwachsene sowie eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Hängematten gehören zur Ausstattung der Anlage. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
