El complejo de bungalows se encuentra en el centro de Playa del Inglés, en la isla de Gran Canaria, a 1 km de la playa y frente al centro comercial Yumbo. Aquí podrá encontrar todo tipo de facilidades, parada de autobuses, farmacia, tiendas, supermercado, restaurantes, bares y clubes. El aeropuerto está a 30 km. Este complejo, renovado en el 2006, cuenta con facilidades para sillas de ruedas. Además, se alquilan bicicletas. Los bungalows están equipados con terraza, sala de estar, cuarto de baño, aire acondicionado, TV, cafetera, nevera, secador de pelo, tostadora, caja de seguridad y microondas. Algunos de estos servicios son opcionales y de pago. El complejo dispone de una piscina para adultos y una para niños, así como una amplia terraza para tomar el sol con hamacas. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
