Description

This holiday property sits at just 60 metres from the beautiful beach of S'abanell in Blanes, at the beginning of Costa Brava. Its guests will be just a 20-minute walk from the city centre, where they can find excellent shops and charming restaurants and bars. Those who are looking for little extra fun and excitement will be at a 10-minute drive from the coastal park of Pinya Rosa. But for some fun time for the whole family one shouldn't have to go anywhere else. The two swimming pools are perfect for escaping from the summer heat and the sun loungers around them are ideal for lazing around all day. The younger family members will have their very own pool and a playground where they can let the steam off. The grownups can also unwind in the hot tub or enjoy some friendly competition on the tennis court. The nearby beach also offers plenty of opportunities for water-based sports.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
