A casa está literalmente rodeada de vinha, oliveiras, fruteiras e horta. Tem também, tal como a casa antiga, uma pequena adega no seu piso térreo onde se laboram as uvas da quinta. A tradição e o vinho comandam todo o projeto e o modo de vida rural. A 600 metros de altitude e a poucos metros da nascente do rio Caia, tem 7,8 hectares de área total, 4,5 hectares de vinha, olival, 2 hortas, todo o tipo de fruteiras autóctones, capoeira, jardim, bosque, tudo Bio, e tudo rodeando uma casa com 11 quartos e pequena adega com todas as comodidades do século XXI – um Paraíso na Serra de S. Mamede. São 11 as Unidades de Alojamento (3 Suites e 8 Quartos) que temos ao seu dispor.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
