At an altitude of 600 metres and a stone's throw from the source of the River Caia, it has a total area of 7.8 hectares, 4.5 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, 2 vegetable gardens, all kinds of native fruit trees, chicken coop, garden, wood, all organic and all surrounding an 11-bedroom house with a small cellar and all of the conveniences of the 21st century – a veritable Paradise in Serra de São Mamede. We have 11 options (3 apartments and 8 rooms) available for you. All are soundproofed and have a balcony and panoramic views and a small kitchenette where you can make a salad or heat up some food in the microwave. Our philosophy is to provide absolute relaxation and, if you want, maximum privacy.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
