O aparthotel situa-se no pitoresco complexo turístico de Calas Galdana, a apenas 500 m da idílica praia local de areia e do centro do resort, onde se encontram inúmeros restaurantes, bares, estabelecimentos comerciais e outros espaços de convívio. Existe uma paragem de autocarro a cerca de 200 m, a cidade de Cuitadella fica a uma distância de 20 km e o aeroporto Mahon a 35 km. Este resort compreende um total de 49 apartamentos. Os simpáticos apartamentos dispõem de casa de banho privativa com duche ou banheira, bem como de uma pequena kitchenette e cofre de aluguer. Os apartamentos funcionam em regime de aprovisionamento pelo próprio.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
