Description

Die Villen liegen nur ca. 600 m vom Strand Cala Galdana entfernt. In etwa 350 m Entfernung gibt es Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Im ungefähr 600 m entfernten Zentrum von Cala Galdana gibt es weitere touristische Attraktionen. Nach Ciudadela sind es etwa 20 km. Der Flughafen Mahón ist in ca. 40 km zu erreichen. Die neun Villen sind individuell und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Im Obergeschoss der Villen gibt es jeweils 2 Twin-Bett-Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Einbauschränken, sowie 2 voll ausgestattete Badezimmer nebeneinander und 2 Terrassen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Einbauschränken, ein WC mit Dusche, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit TV und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, u.a. mit Kühlschrank und Backofen. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
