This apartment complex is located in a quiet spot in Menorca and is only about 50 metres away from the beach. The complex is within 500 m of links for the public transport network. Amenities such as restaurants and shops can be found at the resort just a short walk away, although Ciutadella town centre is just 2.5 km far away. The apartment complex offers 72 apartments as well as a 2,000 m² garden. The lobby includes a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and a hire safe. Guests are offered a bar, a small supermarket, a games room, a café and a playground, as part of the hotel's facilities. In addition, a car park, a laundry service and bike rental service are also included. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
