This apartment complex enjoys a convenient location just a few steps from Cala'n Blanes, one of Minorca's newer resorts situated on the west coast of the island. The tourist centre, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options is to be found in the immediate vicinity. There is a bus stop on the premises, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Ciudadela is 2 kilometres away and the airport is around a 45-minute drive away. Ideal for those travellers wishing to enjoy the freedom of a self-catering accommodation, this property offers some 1- and 2-bedroom apartments completely equipped to enjoy an ideal beach holiday. The onsite facilities include an outdoor swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols, where travellers can relax and enjoy the good Mediterranean weather.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
