Description

This hotel is located 10 minutes from el Prat Airport, and 15 minutes from Barcelona and close to the new financial area of Barcelona. At 200 m there is a bus stop, at 900 m Renfe train station and 700 m away the beach. The hotel is located close to the Mediterranean Technology Park, the Polytechnic University of Catalunya, the Olimpic Channel and Andres Gimeno Tennis Club. The hotel offers a just renovated colonial-style building with a restaurant, bar, sauna, garden areas, swimming pool and terrace, surrounded by calm and relaxing environment. It counts with 46 rooms and 3 suites, all of them comfortable, spacious and functional. All rooms come with bathroom and well-equipped as standard. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers and parasols have been laid out on the poolside. There is a spa tub and a sauna.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
