The apartment complex is located beside Hotel Don Pancho, just 200 m from sandy Levante Beach in Benidorm. An array of supermarkets, bars and other services are to be found in the local area and Alicante airport is approximately 65 km away. Renovated in 2005, this 8-storey complex comprises 24 apartments of which 8 have 1 bedroom and 16 have 2. Guests are offered access to a wonderful terrace and further facilities include a reception desk (open from 5 pm until 8 pm) and a lift. All of the rooms come with a balcony, a lounge/ dining room, a kitchen, a full bathroom, a TV, a hire safe and a terrace. The apartments with one bedroom have a separate two-bed room and a lounge with a sofa bed for two persons. The apartments with two bedrooms have two separate two-bed rooms and a lounge with a sofa bed for two persons. There is a swimming pool to make use of in the outdoor complex. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
