O complexo de apartamentos situa-se junto ao Hotel Don Pancho, apenas a cerca de 200 m da praia de Levante em Benidorm. Nas imediações encontrará vários serviços, bares e supermercados. O aeroporto de Alicante fica a aproximadamente 65 km. O complexo renovado em 2005 conta com um terraço e 24 apartamentos em 8 andares, 8 dos quais com um quarto e 16 com 2 quartos. Conta ainda com um hall de entrada com recepção aberta das 17:00 às 20:00 e elevador. Os apartamentos incluem varanda, sala de estar/jantar, cozinha, casa de banho bem equipada, televisão, cofre e terraço. Os apartamentos com um quarto incluem um quarto separado com 2 camas e um sofá-cama para 2 pessoas na sala de estar. Os apartamentos com 2 quartos contemplam 2 quartos separados com 2 camas e um sofá-cama para 2 pessoas na sala de estar. Na área exterior encontra-se uma piscina. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
