Der Apartmentkomplex befindet sich neben dem Hotel Don Pancho, nur etwa 200 m entfernt vom Levante Sandstrand in Benidorm. In der Nachbarschaft findet sich ein reichliche Auswahl an Dienstleistungen, Bars und Supermärkten. Den Flughafen von Alicante erreichen Sie nach etwa 65 km.Die im Jahr 2005 renovierte Anlage verfügt über eine Terrasse und auf 8 Stockwerken über insgesamt 24 Apartments, davon 8 mit einem Schlafzimmer und 16 mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Im Empfangsbereich befinden sich eine Rezeption mit Abfertigung von 17:00 20:00 Uhr sowie ein Aufzug.Sämtliche Apartments sind ausgestattet mit Balkon, Aufenthaltsraum/Esszimmer, Küche, voll eingerichtetem Bad, TV, Mietsafe und Terrasse. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
