Description

This complex is located in Playa del Ingles, 7 minutes from the beach and close to the Metro and Jumbo shopping centres. In the area surrounding the complex guests can take the bus to the airport and other tourist destinations. This small resort has a family atmosphere. It comprises a total of 10 apartments directly overlooking the garden area. The apartment hotel also has safes. Properly equipped, the apartments have a living room with a sofa bed for a third person, a separate bedroom, kitchenette with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, and an en suite bathroom with a bath. There is also a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, a radio, Internet access, and a hire safe box (for a fee). Guests can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers are available on the sandy beach.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
