Este complexo está localizado em Playa del Inglés, a 7 minutos da praia e perto do Metro e dos centros comerciais Jumbo. Na área em torno do complexo, os hóspedes podem apanhar o autocarro para o aeroporto e outros destinos turísticos. Este pequeno resort tem um ambiente familiar. É composto por um total de 10 apartamentos com vista direta para a área ajardinada. O aparthotel também tem cofres. Bem equipados, os apartamentos têm uma sala de estar com sofá-cama para uma terceira pessoa, um quarto separado, kitchenette com frigorífico e comodidades para preparar chá e café, e uma casa de banho privativa com banheira. Há também uma varanda ou terraço, televisão por satélite, rádio, acesso à Internet e um cofre para alugar (mediante taxa). Os hóspedes podem dar um mergulho refrescante na piscina exterior e estão disponíveis espreguiçadeiras na praia de areia.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
