This enchanting villa enjoys a wonderful location in Oulu, within paces of the nearest beach, around 50 m away. Located close to the beach, this complex comprises 17 apartments. The tastefully decorated, modern apartments each feature a spacious bathroom and come with a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge and a hire safe as standard. There is a swimming pool in the well-kept outdoor complex and it is also possible to play tennis.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
