O solar rural considerado um dos mais belos solares da Ribeira-Lima resulta de um projeto de recuperação para turismo de habitação que permitiu a valorização do edifício, devolvendo a imponência de uma casa marcadamente seiscentista. O exterior é composto por um pátio de entrada, que conduz aos jardins abertos em grandes socalcos, com piscina e jacuzzi, uma verdadeira varanda aberta para o golfe, um lugar de paragem obrigatória para os praticantes da modalidade. Os interiores da casa oferecem um ambiente acolhedor e confortável, recriando um ambiente familiar.
