The building has 5 floors including the ground floor, where the reception is located next to the cafeteria and lounge. On the upper terrace of the building is the pool with a small bar and a large solarium with hammocks. From this wonderful terrace with 360 degree views you can watch the sunsets of Ibiza with wonderful views of the Bay of San Antonio. It has 41 studio-apartments for up to 3 people each, are furnished with wooden furniture and attractive upholstery. All studios are air conditioned. Each apartment has a small kitchen and a bath room very bright and all bathtubs. Individual balconies overlook the pedestrian streets, except for nine which look on to a very bright and quiet backyard. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
