Casa da Seiceira is situated in Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park, between Zambujeira do Mar and Odeceixe. This rural tourism is part of a large and pleasant property of 21 hectares and it's located only 750 m from Amália Beach and from the walking trail, Fisherman's Trail. Our rooms are equipped with double bed, TV, fridge, air conditioning and electric kettler; the one bedroom apartments have fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, TV, DVD and air conditioning. Casa da Seiceira was renovated in absolute respect for the original essence of the property: the owners had the precious help of local artisans on the decoration, furniture and details of the different parts of the house, inclunding the playgroung and swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
