O Solar das Tílias é um solar histórico com detalhes em estuque, que remonta ao início do século XIX. Está localizado em Seia, a 20 km das pistas de esqui da Serra da Estrela. As acomodações no Casa das Tílias vão desde apartamentos auto-suficientes a quartos com casa de banho privativa. Todos os quartos incluem aquecimento, televisão por cabo, e alguns têm uma lareira.
