Description

This small resort is located right on the beachfront with views of Playa del Ingles and the Maspalomas dunes. It lies a few minutes' walk from the beach and the Plaza de Maspalomas and Kasbah shopping centres. Guests will find the tourist centre of Playa del Ingles 100 m away and it is 200 m to Playa del Ingles beach. Las Palmas is a 35-minute drive away. This cosy beach apartment complex is built in traditional Canarian style and was renovated in 2008 and 2009. It is surrounded by rich tropical vegetation and comprises a total of 14 studios. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby and a hotel safe. The complex consists of studios for 2 people with a double bed. All come with a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub. They have large living room with reading chair, a TV with satellite channels, a direct dial telephone and a hire safe. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
