These bright and comfortable apartments are situated in the centre of Cala Blanca surrounded by a typical Mediterranean Sea atmosphere. The apartments, which were built in 1990 and partially reformed in 2014, consist in 10 one-bedroom apartments. There are several bars, restaurants and shops within a walking distance of only 200 meters. The closest beach is only 150 meters on foot and Ciutadella is only a 10-minute drive away. There are also bus stops nearby for public transport, and it is just one hour to the airport of Menorca. The complex is made up of 1 building1, one of which has 1 floors and surrounded by gardens, one swimming pool and children's area. All of the apartments include free Wi-Fi, a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave, bathroom with bath, flat screen TV, safety deposit box, balcony or terrace. Each apartment has a sofa bed in the lounge area and air conditioning.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
