Description

The complex enjoys an excellent location on the Mediterranean coast, right in the centre of the Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Malaga (30 minutes' drive). Guests will find restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, the bus station is a 2-minute walk, the beach is a 5-minute walk, and nightlife spots are 1 km away. The centre of Arroyo de la Miel is 5 km from the hotel and nearby airports include Malaga-Pablo Ruiz Picasso (12 km away) and Almeria (250 km away). Guests can choose from 30 bright and spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with everything they need to feel at home while enjoying the Costa del Sol climate. Facilities at the apartment hotel include a cloakroom, lift access to the upper floors, a hairdressing salon, café, bar, car park and garage. The apartments can accommodate between 4 and 6 people. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
