Die Anlage liegt oberhalb von Cudillero, einem hübschen Fischerort an der Küste Asturiens, etwa 2,5 km vom wunderschönen Strand von Aguilar entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum von Cudillero befindet sich in rund 1 km Entfernung, während Bushaltestellen und Bahnhöfe etwa 500 m bzw. rund 1,5 km entfernt liegen. Die Stadt Avilés mit ihren hervorragenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt etwa 25 km entfernt. Der nächste Flughafen ist Asturias und liegt in rund 15 km Entfernung.Das 1877 erbaute Gebäude, ein wunderschönes Beispiel für eine typische 'Casona de Indianos', steht inmitten eines Gartens der von Kamelien, Magnolien, jahrhundertealten Eichen und Araukarien bewachsen ist. Polster in warmen Tönen wurden für die Dekoration im Kolonialstil verwendet und mit moderneren Mustern kombiniert, so dass sie ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente schaffen. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
