Description

This sublime beach hotel is situated in the popular tourist hub of Puerto de la Cruz. The airport is about 25 minutes' drive away. The hotel enjoys an idyllic beachside setting opposite Martianez, the popular seawater swimming baths. The complex is nestled amidst gardens, which stretch over 1, 500 metres squared, blending effortlessly with its surroundings. Guests can enjoy the sumptuous delights of the buffet-style meals, with exquisite dishes, relax in the outdoor pool area or have a couple of drinks in the bar. Visitors will be impressed by the stylish rooms, which come well equipped with modern amenities and offer the ideal surroundings in which to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Only one dog or cat under 20 kg per room is allowed (upon request). Supplement of X night/animal and a pet deposit.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
