The Design suits this “Beirão” Old Palace, where the stone and the immaculate white, contrast with the vibrant colors of the “burel”. Cerca Design House as family home, where the guest feels at home. It smees like hot cake and the atmosphere is welcoming. In addition to the main house with ten bedrooms, there are five Villas, with living room and salamander, the space contains two exterior pool one for the main house and another exclusive for the five villas. In the list of activities to be found, of course, is the discovery of the region, with its historic villages, schist villages, judeo-christian heritage, and btt and walking tours in Serra da Estrela and Serra da Gardunha.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
