The apartments enjoy a central location on the Avenida de Europa in Benidorm, approximately 300 m from the beach Playa de Levante. There are shops, bars and restaurants to be found in the immediate vicinity and Alicante airport is about 65 km from the hotel. This establishment was built in 1967 and renovated in 2003. There are 140 apartments available, spread over 14 floors. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, a bath and a dining/living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. They each come with a kitchen with fridge, ceramic topped cooker and oven and a large terrace. Further amenities include a TV, Internet access and a safe. The hotel offers well-attended outdoor swimming pool, and sun loungers and parasols are available for hire on the local beach.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
