Os apartamentos situam-se centralmente na Avenida de Europa em Benidorm, a cerca de 300 m da Playa de Levante. Nas proximidades encontram-se diversos estabelecimentos comerciais, restaurantes e bares. O aeroporto de Alicante localiza-se a aproximadamente 65 km. O hotel foi construído em 1967 e renovado em 2003. Dispõe de um total de 140 apartamentos distribuídos por 14 andares. Os apartamentos compreendem 2 quartos, uma casa de banho, uma sala de estar/refeições com sofá-cama para 2 pessoas e um grande terraço. Adicionalmente contam com televisão, acesso à Internet, cofre e cozinha com frigorífico, placa vitrocerâmica, forno e utensílios de cozinha. Na área exterior encontra-se uma piscina com tanque para crianças. Mediante pagamento adicional terá também ao seu dispor espreguiçadeiras e chapéus-de-sol na praia.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
