The Club Las Calas resort is conveniently located near the heart of the popular tourist destination of Puerto del Carmen in the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands. The sprawling property houses 145 apartment units and is dotted with palm trees and other tropical vegetation, including hibiscus and bougainvillea. Facilities include four heated swimming pools surrounded by a sun terrace complete with sun-beds and parasols plus two small children's pools. The resort also has two restaurants and bars offering live entertainment, Cyber Lounge, a Leisure Center, with a fully equipped gym, sauna, and a squash court that doubles as a venue for table tennis and badminton. Younger guests staying at the resort have their own Kids' Club; it offers supervised play and other fun activities for kids. Facilities for older children and teenagers include pool tables and arcade games. Please note that guests with limited mobility may not be able to fully enjoy their vacation experience.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
