LUB POCILLOS apartment complex is located in the resort of Puerto del Carmen . The location is known locally as Pocillos and is situated directly on the beach front. It is midway between the quieter Matagorda area and the busy Puerto del Carmen resort . The complex is close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy , renting bikes, shopping and bus top, as well as an exciting nightlife scene closer to the center. Lanzarote Airport is conveniently located just 10 minutes by car. This complex offers the use of two swimming pools and well appointed self catering apartments . These self catering Apartments have Wifi and a selection of TV chanels in vaious languages . The bedrooms have twin beds , the bathrooms include a hairdryer and the kitchen is well equiped and includes a fridge and a dishwasher . - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
