The hotel PortBlue Club Pollentia & Spa is located approximately 2 km from a beach. The city centre is also just a few steps away. There is a shuttle between the hotel and the airport (for a fee). On the beach are cushions and sun umbrellas available. The air-conditioned hotel has Wi-Fi, a shop, cash machine, a jacuzzi as well as parking spaces (for a fee). In the outdoor area you will find a pool (open all year), where sun loungers and pool towels are available for free. Check-in is possible around the clock. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
