O Satsanga Spa está disponível diariamente das 9h00 às 21h00, com acesso gratuito para os hóspedes. Crianças menores de 12 anos são bem-vindas apenas quando acompanhadas por adultos, das 10h30 às 17h30. O acesso ao banho turco e à sauna é restrito a hóspedes com mais de 16 anos. As instalações incluem uma piscina interior aquecida, sauna, banho turco, jacuzzi exterior com vista para o Rio Douro, duche Vichy, ginásio e salas de massagens/tratamentos.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
