Description

The Satsanga Spa is available daily from 9 am to 9 pm, with complimentary access for guests. Children under 12 are welcome only when accompanied by adults, from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. Access to the Turkish bath and sauna is restricted to guests over 16. Facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, outdoor hot tub overlooking the Douro River, Vichy shower, gym, and massage/treatment rooms.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
