In line with the spirit of the Consolata missionary, the Consolata Hotel supports human development activities and evangelization the missionaries promote around the world. The Consolata Hotel offers 160 rooms, a restaurant with capacity for 300 people, two auditoriums, one shop and the Museum of Sacred Art and Ethnology. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. Located 200 meters from the Sanctuary, it provides total tranquility to those who seek spiritual peace. The Hotel has a daily mass, celebrated by a missionary in one of the 3 Chapels and offers the permanent presence of a Spiritual Guide, always available to its Clients.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
