Situated beside the Maspalomas golf course and 2km from the spectacular Maspalomas Dunes, this hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Maspalomas beach and Playa del Inglés throughout the day. Guests enjoy convenient access to golf and tennis facilities (fees apply). The comfortable one-bedroom bungalows feature a lounge with a sofa, telephone, rental safe, satellite TV, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, a full bathroom, and a furnished terrace with a garden. Ceiling fans are provided in the living room and bedroom, while air conditioning is available only in the superior one-bedroom bungalows. Half-board includes a breakfast buffet and dinner buffet, served at the adjacent Cordial Green Golf.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
