Este hotel está ubicado en el centro turístico de la Playa de Palma, en una zona tranquila a 200m de la playa. En las cercanías podrá encontrar restaurantes, bares, discotecas, comercios y una parada de transporte público a unos 250m. El aeropuerto se encuentra a 6km y el más cercano campo de golf a 10km. Este hotel, construido en el año 1971 y renovado en el 2002, tiene seis plantas y dispone de un total de 157 habitaciones, 6 de ellas individuales y 141 dobles. Cuenta con un hall de entrada con recepción abierta las 24 horas, caja fuerte, servicio de cambio de divisa y ascensor. Dispone también de una cafetería, sala de televisión, una sala de juegos, un bar y un restaurante climatizado y con zona para no fumadores. Asimismo le ofrece una sala de conferencias, una terminal de Internet de pago, servicio de lavandería y de atención médica, sótano para guardar bicicletas y servicio de alquiler de las mismas. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
