Description

It is a small, cozy hotel with only 43 rooms, carefully prepared to welcome its guests in a modern and comfortable environment. It is located opposite the new Basilica of the Holy Trinity, a few meters from the place where the old Alta Cruz is located and which inspired the name of the hotel. The modern decor refers to the warm and bright colors, both in public areas and rooms. The entire hotel has free wi-fi. There is also a work area for customers. Since the trip to the shrine is on foot, the hotel offers a very convenient private parking.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
