É um hotel pequeno e acolhedor com apenas 43 quartos, cuidadosamente preparado para receber os seus hóspedes num ambiente moderno e confortável. Está localizado em frente à nova Basílica da Santíssima Trindade, a poucos metros do local onde se encontra a antiga Alta Cruz, que inspirou o nome do hotel. A decoração moderna remete para as cores quentes e luminosas, tanto nas áreas públicas como nos quartos. Todo o hotel tem acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. Existe também uma área de trabalho para os clientes. Como a viagem ao santuário é feita a pé, o hotel oferece um estacionamento privativo muito conveniente.
