Description

The property is located in the center of Puerto de la Cruz a few meters from the famous Lagos Martianez and 150 m from the center. The property is newly renovated and consists of 7 floors where the rooms are located and an annex with the restaurant. The spacious and cozy main lobby area offers hotel guests a reception area with 24-hour service by multilingual staff, free WIFI in the bar hall area, massage chairs, 2 lifts and the Bar Hall. The rooms are decorated in bright colors and are very cozy and bright. All have full bathrooms. Guests may enjoy a diversity of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and a generally lively nightlife, all of which can easily be reached on foot. Further destinations can be easily accessed by making use of public transport links; the closest bus stop is only 500 m away. The airport is approximately 25 km from the hotel. The hotel has a total of 3500 square meters of garden.The hotel offers free parking space for those guest travelling by car.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
