Description

This attractive beach hotel is situated on a hill and is close to Santa Susana's beach (100 m).Countless bars, nightclubs and restaurants are all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is also well situated for access to the public transport network (20 metres away) the city centre is just 1.5 km away. Renovated in 2006, the hotel includes a total of 227 rooms over 6 floors. The air-conditioned building features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange, as well as lifts. In addition, a café, a bar, a restaurant, public Internet access and WLAN access are to be found within the hotel. Children are supervised and cared for in the kids' club. The comfortable rooms all include an en suite bathroom. In addition, all rooms include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a double bed, a hire safe, a balcony or terrace, as well as central air conditioning and heating are also provided. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
