This aparthotel is situated on Levante Beach, in the Benidorm centre and beside Old Town. In the surroundings there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. This central aparthotel, situated on the seafront and recently refurbished, has 6 floors with 4 studios and 28 apartments. The establishment has a reception desk open from 10 am until 7 pm, a bar-café with terrace and TV lounge. There is a car park for guests 5 minutes from the aparthotel on foot (local charge and subject to availability). The apartments have kitchenette equipped with electric hob and oven, mini fridge, coffee pot and utensils. There is also a bedroom with twin beds and lounge with 2 sofa beds. The studios have a small, equipped kitchenette and a lounge with sofa bed for 2 persons. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
