O complexo de apartamentos situa-se perto do centro da cidade com os seus diversos estabelecimentos comerciais e de entretenimento (a cerca de 1,5 km de distância) e proporciona uma belíssima vista para a praia do Levante. A 100 m do complexo encontrará transportes públicos, bem como restaurantes e bares a aproximadamente 200 metros de distância. O complexo hoteleiro de 23 andares oferece aos seus hóspedes uma área de recepção, elevadores e lugares de estacionamento. Todos os apartamentos dispõem de uma divisão casa-de-banho, kitchenete, frigorífico e um terraço. Os hóspedes têm também a seu dispor uma piscina e a possibilidade de jogar ténis. A 15 km de distância encontrará um campo de golfe. Existem espreguiçadeiras e chapéus-de-sol na praia.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
