Description

The apartment complex lies within 1.5 km of the town centre where guests will discover scores of shops and entertainment venues. It offers wonderful views out over sandy Levante beach. Restaurants and bars are to be found within 200 m and links to the public transport network are located within 100 m of the complex. The nearest beach is additionally only a few paces away. The complex building comprises a total of 23 floors and offers use of various facilities including a reception desk, lifts and parking facilities. All of the apartments come with a combined living/sleeping room, one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a terrace. Guests are welcome to use the hotel's pool or play a round of tennis. Fans of the fairway will find the nearest course about 15 km away.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
