Der Apartmentkomplex befindet sich, mit Blick auf den Sandstrand von Levante, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums mit Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten (ca. 1,5 km). Restaurants und Bars erreicht man nach etwa 200 m, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind etwa 100 m von der Anlage entfernt.Der Gebäudekomplex mit 23 Stockwerken bietet seinen Gästen einen Empfangsbereich, Aufzüge sowie Parkmöglichkeiten.Alle Apartments verfügen über ein kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum, separates Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Kochnische, Kühlschrank, sowie eine Terrasse.Den Gästen steht ein Süßwasserpool zur Verfügung und es besteht die Möglichkeit, Tennis zu spielen. Ein Golfplatz befindet sich in etwa 15 km Entfernung. Am Strand sind Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme vorhanden.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
