Das Mittelklassehotel liegt im Stadtzentrum von Llanes. Bars, Pubs, Discos sowie das Meer befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 150 m.Das im Jahre 2001 renovierte Cityhotel verfügt über einen 2.000 qm großen Garten und insgesamt 42 Zimmer, davon 8 Einzel- und 34 Doppelzimmer. Den Gästen stehen Empfangshalle mit Rezeption (24 Stunden besetzt), Hotel-Safe, Aufzüge, ein Café, ein TV-Raum, ein Spielzimmer und ein Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung. Das hoteleigene à la carte Restaurant lädt zu einem Besuch ein. Pkws können auf dem Parkplatz oder in der hoteleigenen Garage abgestellt werden. Der Zimmerservice sowie der Wäscheservice runden das Angebot ab.Die mit Teppichboden ausgelegten Zimmer haben Bad/WC, Direktwahltelefon und Satelliten-/Kabel-TV.Auf dem 2 km entfernten Golfplatz kann man Golfen, außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit zu Segeln und Kanu zu fahren.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
