O Florasol Residence Hotel, convenientemente localizado perto da orla do Funchal e do complexo de piscinas do Lido, fica a apenas 20 km do Aeroporto Internacional da Madeira e a 2 km do centro histórico da cidade. Cada estúdio e apartamento de um quarto dispõe de uma varanda privativa, uma kitchenette ou cozinha equipada com placa, frigorífico, micro-ondas e chaleira, e uma casa de banho completa (chuveiro ou banheira) com secador de cabelo. Os hóspedes podem usufruir de comodidades como uma piscina para adultos e crianças, um terraço para banhos de sol, um parque infantil, bilhar e ténis de mesa, um restaurante, um bar, Wi-Fi gratuito e estacionamento gratuito limitado. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
