Surrounded by hectares of fruit-bearing vineyards and protected lush forests, this charming hotel is the perfect place where to relax along the delta of the Douro River. Situtated just outside of the small rural village of Santa Cruz do Douro and a 5-minute drive from the Aregos Railway Station, it is so far away from the noise of the big cities that guests will feel like they've stepped back in time. But those who want to quickly return to the present can take their boat from the private jetty and explore the surrounding area. The ones that are after quieter activities can enjoy fishing along the river or a hiking expedition in the area.
