Zu dem Vergnügungs- und Freizeitpark ''Holiday World'' und dem Wasserpark ''Ocean Park'' sind es ca. 1 km. Es gibt einen Hotelbusservice zum Strand von Maspalomas. Dieser erfolgt vom ca. 300 m entfernten Hotel Maspalomas Duna.Der 2003 komplett renovierte Komplex verfügt über 40 Bungalows mit insgesamt 80 Betten. Es gibt eine stundenweise besetzte Rezeption. Pkws können auf dem anlageeigenen Parkplatz abgestellt werden.Die gemütlich eingerichteten Bungalows sind für 1-3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Sie sind 2 geschossig und verfügen im unteren Bereich über einen Wohnraum mit Schlafmöglichkeit sowie über eine Kochnische, Minibar/Kühlschrank und einen Mietsafe.
