The apartment complex is approximately 800 m from the sand dune beach of Maspalomas. Links to the public transport network are located at around 400 metres from the hotel. The shopping centre Faro II is around 1.5 km away. The entertainment and leisure parks ''Holiday World'' and Ocean Park'' are approximately 1 km away. There is a hotel bus service that runs guests to the beach of Maspalomas, which departs from the Hotel Maspalomas Duna some 300 m away. Completely renovated in 2003, the complex comprises 40 bungalows and a total of 80 beds. There is a reception and those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park. The cosy bungalows are designed for 1 to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Spread over 2 floors, the downstairs comprises a living room with a sleeping area come with a combined living/ bedroom, a hire safe and a kitchenette with a fridge/minibar. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
