Este complejo de apartamentos está situado a unos 800 metros de la playa de dunas de Maspalomas. A unos 400 metros, aproximadamente, hay servicio de transporte público. El centro comercial Faro II está a un kilómetro y medio. A un kilómetro podrá encontrar el parque de atracciones Holiday World, así como el parque acuático Ocean Park. Hay un servicio de autobús que circula hasta la playa de Maspalomas. Este autobús sale desde el hotel Maspalomas Duna, situado a unos 300 metros. Este complejo, totalmente restaurado en el 2003, tiene 40 bungalows y un total de 80 camas. Hay un área de recepción abierta a determinadas horas del día. Podrá aparcar su vehículo en el propio aparcamiento del complejo. Los bungalows, decorados y amueblados de manera confortable, tienen capacidad máxima para tres adultos o para dos adultos y dos niños.
