Das Hotel befindet sich am Ortsrand von El Puerto de Santa Maria, verbunden mit dem Piniengrund und den Dünen von San Antón und nur durch eine Strasse vom Sandstrand La Puntillita getrennt. Das Zentrum der Ortschaft mit seiner Fülle an historischen Bauten und Denkmälern erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten (ca. 1 km Entfernung). Eine Haltestelle für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist ungefähr 500 m vom Hotelgebäude entfernt. Nach Cádiz benötigt man etwa 15 Minuten, Sevilla erreicht man in ca. 1 Stunde Fahrzeit.Das Strandhotel wurde im Jahr 2007 letztmalig renoviert und verfÃ¼gt Ã¼ber insgesamt 62 Zimmer, davon 58 Doppel- und 4 Einzelzimmer. Die Empfangshalle des Hotels bietet den GÃ¤sten einen Rezeptionsbereich mit 24-Std-Service und Hotel-Safe. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
